Amy R. Steele

Ms. Steele joined the firm after almost six years of litigation experience practicing in areas of insurance bad faith, coverage, products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability, personal insurance, and insurance defense. She continues to practice in these areas and is admitted before all Oklahoma state and federal courts, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the federal courts for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas.
Ms. Steele received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas (Summa Cum Laude) and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a joint J.D. (with distinction) and M.P.A. She is active in professional associations and volunteer work and is fluent in American Sign Language.

Nat'l American Insurance Company v. Vallion, 2008 OK CIV APP 41, 183 P. 3d 175 (validating policy exclusion that excludes coverage for a person that has his own insured motor vehicle.)
