Attorney Bio - Amy Cornforth

Margaret Amy Cornforth graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2005. While at OCU, Ms. Cornforth received the Computer Assisted Legal Instruction award for academic excellence in Civil Procedure. Ms. Cornforth was also awarded a Merit Scholarship and a Public Interest Fellowship.

Ms. Cornforth is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Robert J. Turner Inn of Court, the Defense Research Institute and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cornforth was an Assistant Public Defender in Oklahoma County where she was the team leader of the Felony Probation Revocation Dockets and the Misdemeanor Docket. In that capacity she personally represented and oversaw the representation of over one thousand clients appointed to the Public Defender.

Ms. Cornforth graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2001 with Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. As part of her undergraduate studies, Ms. Cornforth studied abroad in Switzerland, China and France.
