Mary B. Scott has been a member of the Oklahoma Bar since 1988 and practices general civil litigation. She also has experience in general business and corporate law, real estate law and estate planning. She was Assistant Administrator of the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court from 2001 to 2004. She is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts, the Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mary B. Scott is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University School of Law. As a law student, she was a member of the Benton National Moot Court Team and won the West’s Publishing Award for Outstanding Student in 1987.
