Sarah J. Timberlake, a University of Oklahoma College of Law graduate, has been a partner in the firm and its predecessors for over twenty years. She has broad experience in the areas of employment, bad-faith, coverage, insurance, general negligence, premises liability, products liability and transportation law.
Ms. Timberlake is a Vice President of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). She has also chaired the Auto, Land and Air Transportation and Casualty Sections of that organization and has chaired national programs addressing liability and coverage issues related to 9/11 and mold litigation. Ms. Timberlake has served as President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, chaired the Insurance Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and served as Trustee and Managing Trustee of the Oklahoma Bar Association Group Insurance Trust. She is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state and federal courts.
